COCKTAILS:
To align support with Icebox Sussex, we will offer a choice of our Blood Orange & Passionfruit or Limoncello Spritz as the complimentary drink on arrival. Both are made in small batches using only Australian grown citrus.

Both chefs by trade, having dedicated over two decades in their craft working at some of Sydney institutions. They moved to the Shoalhaven to seek a sea change and space to grow botanicals, leading to the creation of Old Salt Distillery — an environment dedicated to both food and beverages. The Ellmoos dinner is designed to bring along some of Old Salt's favourite dishes- all prepared in house and cooked over local firewood. An evening to indulge in Australian Produce ie; good food, crafted beverages with enjoyable company.
